The breakfast was decent and the rooms seemed to be clean enough. The location was great, just a short drive away from where we wanted to go.
The noise was unbearable, we could hear people talking and walking around all night. The staff wasn't very welcoming either, they didn't go out of their way to make us feel comfortable.

The location, right off the highway, was so convenient for us. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, they were professional, friendly, and always ready to help. The room amenities were exceptional, from the ironing facilities to the dressing area, everything was thoughtfully provided. The free toiletries were a nice touch, making us feel pampered during our stay. Additionally, having cookware and kitchen utensils in the room was a great convenience for us. We were able to enjoy our meals in the comfort of our own space.
Families will definitely appreciate this hotel and all it has to offer.

The location of this hotel is a big advantage, as it's fairly close to the highway and easy to find. Guests can enjoy the winter views, the fire pit, and some privacy, as the blue ridge cabin is separated from others. the breakfasts served by the hosts, Rick and Tom, are tasty and royal, and the cup of tea on the porch is lovely. the cabin is remarkably clean, and the touch of hot and cold drinks in the sitting area is welcoming.
The size of the cabin can be an issue for some guests, as it's small and doesn't offer much space.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities were top-notch and the location was right off the highway which made it convenient for us to travel. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, drawing us a map of the city to guide us around. The breakfast was beyond amazing, with delicious dishes like waffles with a hint of cinnamon and thick bacon with a glaze and pecans. Lastly, the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and it made our stay much more comfortable.
Cannot find any fault.
